Here I am, the one that you love....

I'm back again....I miss this blogging thing and it seems as though I've been pretty serious about this weight loss thing the past month! So why not try to gain some extra support from my online friends??

I'm amazed at how my body has changed since having the baby. I thought that I would lose the weight pretty quickly. Here I am a year later and my hips are HUGE. I definitely have my work cut out for me and that's ok. I know I can do and be thin again. Right now, I'm chunky. :)

So I started my diet on 1/1/08 and I'm happy to report that I am down 9 lbs since then! We are doing the biggest loser contest at work and it's been great. Each week someone from the office weighs us in and it keeps us all accountable. Whoever loses the least at the end of each week has to pay. The winner at the end wins the $. I would love that for some new clothes.

This was a tough week for me, I lost 1 lb, but I also lost my 92 year old grandmother. He health had been failing for quite some time. But she passed peacefully on Sunday morning in her sleep. I'm so thankful for that....she deserved to go that way. I know she's in a happier place now!

Anyway, I feel as though I'm babbling here...I'll get the hang of this again!

I'm excited to be back and lend support to all my fellow LOSERS!!!
