Just wanted to do a quick check in. I managed to lose the 3 lbs of water weight from last week plus another pound. So as of Friday, I'm down 10 lbs since 1/1!! I'm pretty excited about it.

I ordered an eliptical the other day and it came over the weekend. Bryan already set it up for me and I was on it for 30minutes today. I feel great and I'm more than motivated to keep this going!

Tonight for dinner I made Amy Smith's chinese egg rolls - so delicious. I highly suggest you try them...Emily, since I think you are the only one reading this blog anyway!! LOL!

I will have to try those! It's been a while since I used her recipes. I've been surviving on lean cuisines and slimfast bars. And of course salads. Who could forget salads?!
